Shipping
Domestic Delivery: Express shipping is included nationwide for all orders with a delivery address within Turkey.
International Delivery: Shipping fees for international orders will be added to your cart during checkout.
Duties and Taxes: International shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or any other import charges applicable in the destination country.
Dispatch Time: Products are dispatched within the timeframe specified in the product details following order confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal: You may return products eligible under the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories intact, and accompanied by the invoice.
Exclusions from Returns: Returns are not accepted for products excluded from the right of withdrawal—such as made-to-order, customized, or pre-order items, and others specified in the agreement—unless a defect or damage is officially documented and signed by both the courier company and the recipient at the time of delivery.
International Orders: We do not accept returns for international deliveries. Regardless of the product category, all international sales are final.
International Defective Items: A full refund is always guaranteed for international deliveries if the products are officially reported as defective or damaged via a signed confirmation by both the courier company and the recipient during delivery.

This indicates that the production process will be initiated specifically for the buyer upon request. The items will be manufactured and delivered starting from the estimated delivery date stated on the product page.
