1. Shipping Principles
Standard Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time varies between 1-3 business days for in-stock items and 7-21 business days for made-to-order items, depending on the target region and destination.
Legal Delivery Limit
Products will be delivered to the Buyer within the committed delivery period, and in any case, within the legal limit of 30 (thirty) days.
Custom and Pre-Orders
The 30-day delivery limit may be exceeded for products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's explicit requests or personal needs , as well as for products designated as "Pre-Order" or "Made-to-Order".
Address Correctness
If any error or deficiency is detected in the address declared by the Buyer that leads to a delivery failure, our team will contact the customer immediately to resolve the issue.
Email Verification
The accuracy and validity of the email addresses registered in our system by our visitors are verified through an automatic confirmation email sent immediately after the order process is completed.
Absence at Delivery
Even if the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, RCT shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations fully and completely. Therefore, any damages resulting from the Buyer's late receipt of the product, as well as expenses incurred due to the product waiting at the cargo company and/or the shipment being returned to RCT, shall be borne by the Buyer.
2. Delivery Method
Courier Service
Deliveries are carried out via the contracted courier/cargo company offered during the checkout process.
International Shipping
For international deliveries, the shipping cost is paid by the Buyer.
Consolidated Shipping
If you have selected various products with different delivery times, they will be shipped in a single package once all products are ready.
