1. Shipping Principles
- Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery window specified during checkout is fully valid and binding for the completion of your delivery.
- Standard Delivery Time: Our standard shipping takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and region.
- Imported Fabrics Notice: For items made from out-of-stock imported fabrics, production and sourcing may extend the estimated delivery time beyond 21 days.
- Address Correctness: If an error or insufficiency is detected in the delivery address provided, causing a delivery failure, our customer support team will contact you immediately to resolve the issue and arrange re-delivery.
- Email Verification: To ensure seamless tracking updates, the validity of the email address provided during checkout is automatically verified with an order confirmation email sent immediately after your purchase.
2. Delivery Methods
- Courier Service: All online orders are dispatched and safely delivered to your doorstep via our contracted international and domestic courier services.
- Shipping & Customs Fees: Depending on your total shopping amount delivery fee is calculated and added to your cart at the check out. Any other fees and taxes including customs fees and others related to your country,must be paid by you at arrival.
- Different Delivery Timeline: In case you have choosen variety of products with different delivery timeline we ship at once when all products are ready. If you have special requirement to split the shipment you can contact with our support team.
